This page will serve as a basic How to play guide for Arena of Kings. While there is very little information available at this time, we urge you to check back often, as new information is being added all the time! Feel free to edit this guide with any tips, tricks, and suggestions.

Basic gameplay

Games are played as 3v3 team battles. If you win, you continue on to your next opponent -- you're part of a living tournament that is always running. If you lose, you get bounced back to the lobby screen. The game queue is structured like a pyramid.

At the top of the pyramid are the teams with the highest win streak. At the very top of the game queue is one team that is defending a special arena, called the Arena of Kings. This one arena is exclusive to the two teams competing on it at that time. If you win a battle in the Arena of Kings you are rewarded with goodies, and your teammates names are globally announced to the world's chat system as a token of your victory.

While on a "run", you cannot change your spells. You can only alter them out of game in the lobby screen. That is where your team makes adjustments and can then jump right back into the action when ready - but, since you're coming in with a fresh "run" you're team will essentially be at the bottom of the pyramid (the game does has some hidden ratings to avoid extreme mismatches of skill).
