To play, you must first register an game account. Currently players are required to have a valid closed beta code to play.
In Arena of Kings there are multiple playable classes each with a spell book containing abilities. You can customize their individual spellbar (maximum of 8 spells/abilities) in the Lobby screen. Additionally, you can customize the look of your characters with cosmetic items such as skins and profile backgrounds/effects.
When you are happy with your loadout (the 8 spells you have chosen, you can enter the queue to get matched with a team, or enter the queue with friends.
